August 1, 2006 SESSION WITH PENNE HIGGINS ON THE WANDS

TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2006

The first wand Penne held was the Garden wand. I mentioned to Penne the test results just to hand about proving the hydration effect of the water.

GARDEN WAND

This wand is protecting the plants' organic matter, it is like I am looking at the actual cells of the plant, there is a lot of heat coming, like a radiation falling out of the sky and everything is falling flat - this wand will help save the language of the plant so that they can actually grow again. It is also carrying the DNA structure of life and is going to allow this not to be lost… it is almost as if it absorbs a lot of negative energy so that the plant life is not lost on this planet… It could take sometimes 5 yrs, other times 18 yrs and sometimes 80 - 130 yrs for the plants to re-grow but the answers will be held safe. It is not allowed to be used with genetic engineering, so no seeds that have been genetically pioneered are to be used with this wand. It must be natural creation. It can be planted every 300 metres apart straight into the soil (to a metre squared ratio)…. Crops, properties - this wand will help protect all of this. Bird life will be sustained as well as their energies are attuned to the plant's energies.

On a level that we are actually witnessing today, it is not necessarily heightening the nutritional values of the plants, but more or less holding the signature in a time capsule over time. (Libby's observation: My assessment around all of this is that there is going to be great loss of plants in years to come due to ecological factors (i.e. lack of water, pesticides, depleted uranium, chemtrails, etc.) and this wand will have a way of capturing the DNA of plants and reproducing it again through placing it in the soil).

The minerals contained within are attuned to the plant - like an empty computer disc waiting for information to be fed into it. If placed in the fruit bowl, it will sustain the life of the fruit and they will not age as fast. If placed amongst produce growing or that which is recently purchased (but not anything that is genetically modified or genetically grown) it will enhance this.

It is also very good for children who are behaviorally delayed, people with Alzheimer's, people with dementia or multiple sclerosis, people who are out of balance with waters in their system, people with allergies - the fresh produce that this wand works with will be beneficial for all of these people. It can be of great assistance to them.
CALMING WAND

Every emotion that comes up goes to the third eye. It also raises wind out of the system and it can expel evil (through wind) from the system. At the 3rd eye it allows calmness so that all knowing can become present (Penne was holding in a prayer hand shape at the third eye). It comes with a Star system energy around it, has large peaks around it like in Peru or the Himalayas and has spaceships in the skies. Very much connected to a Star system. Certain souls are here, not only in the physical form, not necessarily just for mankind but for the Universe as a whole - they are walking on this structure at this time because of the vast changes taking place - they have known for a long time what Man would do to himself but they also know the implications of what can happen beyond what we as man could know. This wand is very important to those who are Lightworkers, they will know that they need this wand especially if they use the 3rd eye. It will not work for anyone that purchases this wand for the wrong intent and those that are working from ego. For others it will work as if they are able to hold "the flame", "the light" in their hand so it is a unity a light. I see the shape of the Universe, so it looks like a gas collision to ignite and it is in our electromagnetic field.

Q: Does it need to be programmed? They are already

Q: So by holding this, it actually unifies the holder with the Light? For some, it will be beneficial to use this in meditation as the avenue to reach The Light. I am asking why I am hearing the term "point"? Because it is on the finest point of the "infinite", so meditation can assist in this way.

Q: Some people use this wand in the bath water. It is not best to be in the water. It must be in contact with your aetheric field, can be used in any way so long as it comes in contact with the aetheric field, the physical body is part of the aetheric field.

Q: So does it bring the body back into balance? No, that is just an awareness of a sensation that you recognize. It has nothing to do with the body, it is to do with the energy beyond the body… it may make you more "present" or more aware of the body in sensate form or in attunement. It is beyond what you know the chakras to be. It connects with ALL. This is connecting with the energies that the religions were first based upon, so this energy spoke to certain individuals long ago. It speaks to Nature, it speaks to animals, it has a language that is not limited.

Q: So perhaps by daily use and allowing yourself to commune with it… Daily use will create a vulnerability of shaking the mind which will result in mental instability. So it is like standing in front of a microwave… you are not meant to stand in front of the wave - so not to necessarily use it on a daily basis… use it when you are intuitively drawn to using it. Not wise to sleep with it in the pillow every night. It is to especially be used on the waning moon and this would be most beneficial for those who are finding themselves out of balance or under attack. Questioning, fear based, excessive mind - most definitely to be used on the waning moon. It absorbs the energy of movement.

You can even rub the tip of it onto the 3rd eye with the hands held in the prayer position. Some may hear it, some may see it, some may feel it… depends on the senses of the individual. It may be all of these or none of these.

Would have been better to have been made in glass and to have a quartz crystal at the pointing end and there is always to be a bubble of water inside. The essence (minerals) within is perfect but there still needs to be work done on it. (I explained about the material used being chosen to help make the product long lasting). It is to last as long as it needs to and it will find itself in the hands of those who need it.

This wand will be very beneficial for anyone who is an "energetic worker" and it protects the healer.
This wand could be marketed to anybody who is in the healing field.



DRINKING WAND

It certainly has a resonance with water but it also works on the immunity and nervous systems as well. Can assist those who are ill and it is medicinal. It is medicinal in whatever it is that a system requires… it is not meant to be limited and this wand is still to be worked upon for many years to come. You may find that in different areas of the world it takes on a different nature but it is medicinal. It doesn't have to "become anything" (i.e. by stirring in water), it already is. Just by being with someone, it will create this effect. There is no limit as to its uses…it can be used in distilling, can be used in purification, used in making medications, used in topical applications, in touch… it has no limit.

It does alter the molecular structures of the water and thereby gives hydration and assimilates into our molecular structure, and yet there are many more benefits. No one person will find them…. Many will find them.

This technology is known but has been forgotten. It is being remembered. It was used by High Priests in other times but it was abused and was taken from them. It was Lemurian in nature, thereby spiritual in nature. It was not always used for its highest appropriate purpose. It was used in sacrifice and this was never meant to be and this was why it was taken from them. The Alchemist found it again.


FLAVOR WAND

It improves the nutritional quality of the food and heightens its "aliveness".

It is much more than this.

This is to be used around birthing mothers… mothers in pregnancy and to be placed with the mother and child when it is born. Also to be used with others who are moving through the "birthing process of the new beginnings" along with gestation and especially "the breath" when awakened into this state of Being.

Out of all of them, THIS IS THE GIFT.

This carries the answers. All of them. You cannot overuse this, it will not be allowed.

This is perfect to be placed within a pyramid - and to dangle from within, but it also can be placed in rocks, sand, soil, crystals in an upright position as well. It is to be used by me (Libby) in the Merkebah which needs to come to Australia. It is so, so simple. It is perfect.

This is Divine, beyond Divinity. This is like THE GRAIL.

This man (Xavier) who created this received these messages. They also have great potency and great worth and for different individuals they each have a purpose, but this wand is not to be used lightly.

NOT ALL CAN HAVE THIS ONE, IT CAN BE ABUSED.
(We have the right for discernment here - it is the same as the Mastery essence I helped to make.)

To other people this wand will be just neutral as others cannot see this for what it is meant to be. Others that have this attunement will know it straight away.

(I suggested that when others start working with the Calming and Drinking wand, then this will help lift "the veils" and then they can graduate to this other one). Penne/Spirit agreed with this statement… maybe not in this lifetime as well, but in generations to come.

This wand is particularly beneficial to anyone that is a teacher - even in the classrooms in schools, any form of teaching.

Those of ego will be discerned, those that are not here in integrity or in their own authenticity or a mask, will be taken out and these people will not pick up on this wand. These people are not here for the greater purpose.

Penne held the Flavor Wand in her right hand and then her hand became transparent and she could then see through the "veils". There were red dots on her hand that appeared and it seems to have come through the Pleidan star system. It was shifting the veils. She had never been able to see through her hand before, until now. Shifting what was right in front of her!!!!
Penne asked why it was shown on the yang hand and not the yin. It was explained because this is what we are moving through… the yang energy has to be moved so that the yin energy can be re-born. The yin energy needs to come through and take its rightful place.
I could then actually see the colour of red energy moving down through Penne's veins.

I then held this wand in my left hand and I felt the energy immediately move up my arm and it traveled to my heart. When I held it in my right hand, I felt the energy shift into my brain. I put the wand down and then placed my left thumb into the palm of my hand, joining the two energies together and I felt the merging of the heart and brain come together in harmony. Apparently the thumb unites the feminine into the masculine as it has a pulse and is able to transfer energy.

My thumbs then felt "sticky". I then have to say I had wonderful energy for the remainder of the day and even whilst typing this at 11.30pm that night.

More information is to come forth and we are meeting again in a fortnight's time. Especially as there is a quickening of energies coming through and more information is to come through on a regular basis.

(Perhaps we need to rename this wand - I asked Spirit and it was suggested this be called The Wand of Divinity . The answer was quite specific in these words.)

TRANSCRIPT OF SESSION WITH PENNE HIGGINS ON THE WANDS MONDAY, AUGUST 14, 2006

This colour indicates my questions to Penne.

This is from a friend who has a query on the Agricultural Wand being planted every 300 meters in the ground. " So does that mean that the effects of the wand will reach 300 meters? or 150 meters?...150 meters from one wand and 150 meters from the next wand? Does that mean that it would go 300/150 meters deep, too? What effect does that have on the water table.

The effect will be 150' in diameter. It should not be planted any deeper than 15" into the ground and the effect will be felt to the very core of the Earth. When I look at the water table… if water could smile… it is smiling! The water table is pleased that at last, "someone" has arrived. It is like Mother Nature shedding tears of joy and tears of relief and this is where the water comes from. It is like anticipating and never giving up that "someone" will arrive and now tears have arrived of "at last!". This water now is not water that we have known before. Most Definitely. I do not believe it will actually be called water, either….. it will be so transformed. The wands will help create the tears of the Earth… of joy.


Calming Wand

I asked the question: is the best way to use this wand by holding it on areas of the body where there is pain and directing the intent towards that area?

They are almost laughing and saying "you are making it more difficult for yourself". Once you have connected with it, just by holding it in your hand the energy will travel where it needs to go. You do not need to use the mind.

Are we confusing the issue if I use say, the Calming Wand in one hand and the Divinity Wand in the other hand, at the same time?

It is best not to use these together… use one or the other. The crystals that align to each and every wand can be working together, but it is wisdom to have only one wand working at a time. There will be fragments of crystals attuned within the wands, but also outside of the wands, other crystals will definitely be attuned to individual wands.
They enjoy sitting on top of crystals - they would enjoy bathing in the moon on top of the crystals.

Likes to be in the shadows… more at one with itself, more attuned when it is under the shadow of a tree rather than outside of the tree in the light. Not best in bright light.


Divinity Wand (flavor wand)

Loves light, loves subtle light and moonlight…also can work with flame light. Not however anything that is man made, i.e. electric lights.


General discussion…..

The first wand I wish to talk about is the Divinity (flavor) wand. Each wand will have a different crystal attuned to it, each will have a Star attuned to it, each will have an elixir attuned to it, each will have a therapy attuned to it, each will have an affirmation, and a chant and a mantra attuned to it, and a colour attuned to it… so there is more yet to come. There are more wands to come… they are still arriving. This may not come through only one Being, but can come through others as well.

I can see something like sulphur or something from a volcano being therapeutic, along with waters of the ocean being therapeutic. I ask what I am being shown? The Divinity Wand shows me it is the raising of the New Earth and I ask why she is associated with this… this is a female wand… it is a new platform of Light Beings dancing on the Earth. These Beings come from no limitation. I see a blue child like Being, in soft violet, purity and bearing a gift like something of comfort . There are large ones walking behind this child and when I ask what does this mean, I am told this is what the world will need… it is a security, it is a comforter. "Light" will be what will save us all. (This wand is yet to come through).

If a crystal can be placed within these wands, this will enable the wands to penetrate and carry the light and this is why they need to be made of glass so they can carry the light… the light being made of photons. LIGHT THAT IS BEYOND OUR SUN.

My musings: glass is a much better conductor and I suggested to Penne that maybe D.S. would consider making some of the wands in glass for Lightworkers to use, particularly with crystals embedded with the minerals

Spirit suggested that even if the wands are being produced for the mass market in plastic, there still need to be crystals embedded in the minerals.


The crystals are as follows (this information came through later on ).

Calming Wand - attuned to Rose Quartz
Agriculture Wand - attuned to Amethyst.
Divinity Wand - attuned to very Clear Quartz crystal.
Drinking Wand - until it is in its purest form it cannot receive in a high
enough Form, but basically will be attuning to
anything that is a Blue colour, i.e. blue topaz, lapis lazuli, sapphire, aquamarine. It is the colour of the heavens which is a
Reflection of the waters below.

Penne felt Spirit was laughing at this stage, because these energies, these structures are such a basic component of life in their reality, (like Autumn leaves being everywhere) It is amusing that all of this is so "unremembered" by us all.
This energy has been seen before.

(Then Spirit was bringing through a deep, serious emotion that felt like a deep, deep grief as in a Mother for a lost child and this is because there have been three times before that this knowledge has been presented on the Earth plane and it was not meant to be presented a fourth time because a lower vibration took these energies and divided them, bringing in the duality. Spirit said now the energies need to be more balanced, no power given to the evil darker side, which of course is not to be feared. They are to be kept out of the hands of anyone that gives direction to others who is not serving the Higher Purpose but who gains from someone else's loss.
Our "identity" was lost in these other parallel events . The Earth will be cleansed sooner than we realize.)

Penne was shown that this technology was given to the angels, but used by charlatans. These wands have been worked in the garden for a long, long time and people were being watched to see how so much abundance could be produced and from where?. These watchers kept looking into the skies… eventually it was seen that there were energies and crystals uniting together that enabled Higher Energies to be present in this dimension, from everywhere in the Cosmos, it was not limited to any realm…. So, the priests came in and took this technology away however this technology was not meant to be in their hands. She was also shown that these priests already had agreed not to abuse the use of these wands, but this agreement was abused and disregarded. This "darker" energy is still present and can be found in religion, politics or scientists - they are one and the same.

Spirit has been waiting for souls to be ready to receive this information again and to find the highest avenues to make this happen. It needs the feminine essence.

When a wand is being held, it is like we are "holding hands" with these Light Beings… the wand is the bridge or the hand shake that is connecting us with this Light race of Beings. We needed to make the touch via the wand because of our electrical fields. Electromagnetic fields are important to keep charged and if others wish to build up their energy then the soles of the feet need to be walked in sand, dirt, grass, earth, water… the feet must touch these substances more often to re-attune our magnetics. Many have lost contact with the Soul's energy and live in a resistance field. Sole of the feet = Souls of the Earth. Animals never put shoes on! Plants never put shoes on. Our connection has been taken away.

Many must surround themselves with plants as they will take the negatives out of the air for many. Some trees too, but not all of them.
It is wise to use the wands to cast "the light" onto all trees within your parameters… set up the intention to cast the cosmic light. Same for our own breath and the trees will receive the breath that we cast out…. Along with colours we cast out, the trees will be able to pick up our thoughts. They will sense the energies of our thoughts. .

These wands will be kept and housed in containers (like the essences are kept in round holes ) but some will be housed in wood, some in crystals, some in salt . The wands will tell the owner what they wished to be housed in and workshops will happen to make the housing for these wands.

All of the elements need to be used, charcoal (earth), salt (water), wood.

There are energies being released into the atmosphere that are either "cooking" or about to explode and these wands will help with this energy
